Jamielee A. Fratus, 43, of Mount Gilead, Ohio, was taken into custody on July 30, 2024, at 6:30 PM in Lewis County. She faced multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to maintain lane, failure to signal, no valid plates, no insurance, and failure to receive a certificate of ownership of the vehicle. Fratus was held at the Lewis County Jail and later released.

April D. Logan, 40, of Saint Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on July 27, 2024, at 7:36 PM in Buchanan County. She was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, and a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant for stealing.
